Open Houses:
Tulane University: Holding an informational meeting on Tuesday, October 6 at 7:00 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport Hotel. Call 1-800-873-WAVE to R.S.V.P.

Yale University: Debra Johns, Associate Director of Admissions, will discuss academic programs, residential college life, extracurricular activities, the city of New Haven, admissions and financial aid. This information session will be held on Monday, September 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Central High School in the third floor Auditorium. Boston University: Holding a reception in Minneapolis on Monday, October 5. Go to www.bu.edu/receptions to check times and sign up.
Purdue University: Hosting a Preview Purdue informational program on October 1 at Minneapolis Marriott Southwest in Minnetonka from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. Visit www.admissions.purdue.edu/previewpurdue to RSVP and get directions.
Tufts University: Invites prospective students and their parents to an admissions information session on Sunday, Sept. 27 at 1:00 p.m. at the Marriott Minneapolis Airport in Bloomington. Please RSVP to TuftsonTourRSVP@ase.tufts.edu.
Washington University in St. Louis: Invites you to meet with a representative of Admissions. Learn more about academic programs, life on campus, how to apply for admission and financial assistance. This session will be held on Sunday, October 11 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at the Minneapolis Airport Marriott. Please call 952-854-7441 for directions. No reservation is needed.

Colorado State: You and your family are invited to "Explore Your Opportunities" on Saturday, Oct. 3 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. at the Embassy Suites Minneapolis Airport. Colorado State U representatives will be on hand to provide information about admissions, academic programs, financial aid, scholarship opportunities, housing, and student life.

Special Programs
U.S. Service Academy Information Night: Students interested in applying for a nomination to a U.S. Service Academy will have the opportunity to learn about the programs at all the academies. This program will be held on Tuesday, September 22 at the Palmer Lake VFW Post 3915 in Brooklyn Park from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Details relating to requirements and application for admission to each U.S. Service Academy may be found at Congresswoman Betty McCollum's website at http://www.mccollum.house.gov/. The deadline for application this year is November 2, 2009.
NCAA: The 12th Annual NCAA Eligibility and Clearinghouse Workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Tartan High School. This is a free presentation by the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities Compliance Office.
